"Fake Out" Garlic Aioli

3/4 cup fat free or low fat mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This is really good with most seafood.
